If you made a mistake in your order or need to change anything, please contact us immediately. Once production has started on your order, we cannot make any changes.
You will get a confirmation email with tracking after your order is placed. If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder first and then contact us.
Processing time is 1-3 business days.
Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. However, shipping can sometimes be unpredictable, especially during busy seasons.
If you have concerns about the arrival time of your order or need it sooner, please let us know by email and we will do everything we can to accommodate your timeframe.
All personalized and custom items are non-refundable. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
For all other items, refunds are available within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in pristine condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
